Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical subcontractor teams on high-value data center projects in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires coordinating trades, maintaining client confidence, and delivering safe, high-quality installations in a GC environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in electrical oversight, data center exposure, and has experience with non-self-performing GCs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of electrical trade or GC oversight experience, including at least 5 years in supervision or superintendent leadership.
• Live data center experience; large commercial or industrial project experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing electrical subcontractors for a non-self-performing GC desired.
• Knowledge of high-voltage distribution, backup power, lighting, power, controls, grounding and fire alarm; BMS familiarity helpful.
• Scheduling experience with Primavera P6; proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend or similar software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractor installation teams on data center projects valued at $100M+.
• Serve as the primary electrical coordination contact for project managers, clients, trade partners and vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules, field sequencing and interfaces with other construction disciplines.
• Inspect electrical work for compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and quality requirements.
• Monitor safety practices and reinforce OSHA requirements with subcontractor leadership.
• Track progress, identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with project and field teams.
• Resolve electrical coordination issues with mechanical, structural and civil superintendents.
