Qualifications

• 3+ years managing mechanical construction teams on large industrial projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in mechanical installations for data centers or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical installations including piping, HVAC, cooling systems and fire protection.
• Schedule and coordinate contractors and on-site crews to meet milestones.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Maintain site logs, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Develop aggressive schedules and manage project budgets.
• Lead safety programs to maintain zero-incident culture.
• Inspect sites for compliance with codes and standards.
• Report progress and risks to leadership.
