Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception to completion at mission-critical facilities. You will direct scheduling, field coordination, safety, permits, and subcontractor oversight to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.

The role requires strong CPM scheduling, proven leadership, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Travel may be required; the company offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with extensive construction experience.
• 11+ years in construction.
• 4+ years managing construction projects as a Superintendent.
• Experience with scheduling, job cost, estimating, safety, documentation, quality control.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and monthly/quarterly reporting.
• History of finishing projects within estimated hours.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, and permits.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and lead daily ORM meetings.
• Develop and maintain 12+ week look-ahead schedules and build comprehensive project plans.
• Prepare and review Change Orders, RFIs, and daily reports.
