Job summary

M.C. Dean is hiring a Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety standards are met. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders while guiding prefab processes and documentation.

You will apply CPM scheduling, manage material and labor plans, and uphold safety protocols. Strong leadership, communication, and multi‑disciplinary teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 12+ years of experience.
• 11+ years in the construction industry.
• 4+ years’ experience managing construction projects as a Superintendent.
• Experience with management systems: scheduling, job cost reports, estimating, safety, documentation, and quality control.
• CPM scheduling proficiency; ability to manage budgets and productivity reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, site safety, permits, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and manage 12+ week look-ahead schedules and safety plans.
• Lead resource-loaded schedules and maintain project documentation.
