Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Associate Project Manager for electrical construction. The role supports the Project Manager on one large project or multiple smaller projects, with potential ownership of parts of the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and on-site staff to ensure design, budget, and schedule alignment, while developing estimates and managing staffing under PM guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0–1 year of construction/project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project lifecycle understanding and foundational PM training.
• Strong communication, analytical, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall construction and design effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, subs, superintendents, foremen).
• Assist staffing decisions for project needs (superintendents, foremen).
• Perform estimating support for projects; handle requisitions and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
