Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects in the utilities sector. You will define scope, schedule, budgeting, and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, at least 3 years in project management, and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in budgeting, contract management, cost control, scheduling.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee installation of electrical utilities and ensure safety compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timelines or budgets.
