Qualifications

• Excellent experience in electrical construction industry.
• 7+ year experience preferred in a project management role.
• 5+ years of experience with full product lifecycle and development methodologies.
• Maintains CT journeyman or master electrical license(s).
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills across organizational verticals.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders to solve problems and achieve objectives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in written, verbal and presentation forms.
• Self-motivated, decisive and adapts to changing demands.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending budget changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects across multiple sectors and lines of business.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team, motivating members to meet goals and milestones.
• Coordinate all aspects of related projects to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on project success criteria, metrics and deployment activities.
• Develop estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
• Procure resources and manage day-to-day project activities and budget.
• Monitor performance and provide status reporting to leadership.
• Identify scope creep, risks and change orders, communicating with the team.
• Ensure projects proceed on scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
