Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Millcreek, UT to oversee electrical installations on construction sites from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will lead foremen and apprentices, coordinate with PMs and engineers, manage budgets, and ensure code compliance. The role requires strong leadership and deep electrical knowledge to drive multiple tasks to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years with a general contractor or 10 years as a trade foreman.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical installations on construction sites.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades.
• Supervise electrical foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes.
