Job summary

Redwood Materials is hiring a Senior Manager Construction, Self Perform Electrical in Nevada. The role leads electrical self‑perform teams from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with project management, procurement, maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years’ experience in construction supervision.
• 15+ years’ experience in managing field personnel.
• 10+ electrical construction experience as both tradesman and supervisor.
• Experience driving trades workers to meet safety, schedule, and production milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures project safety reviews and procedures are followed.
• Manages all aspects of the electrical and mechanical self‑perform organization, including construction, budget and cash management.
• Develops and manages schedules, procedures, staffing requirements, and equipment resources.
• Assesses design and specification documents for completeness; resolves conflicts and scheduling issues.
• Oversees construction scheduling and coordination within self‑perform teams.
• Maintains relationships with Redwood stakeholders and supports project work plans and payment schedules.
• Acts as main point of contact for internal stakeholders, including operations, maintenance, procurement, and government agencies.
• Leads project closeout and debrief cycles; supports disputes resolution.
