Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to lead field execution of critical electrical infrastructure at Starbase, TX.

You will own schedules, budgets, and contractor performance across high- to low-voltage systems powering Starship production, test, and launch operations. You will collaborate with construction engineers, EPCs, utilities, and internal customers to deliver reliable power solutions on aggressive timelines, while ensuring safety and quality standards across the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience in electrical construction, power systems, substations, BESS, or facilities electrical management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of electrical construction projects with on-time, under-budget delivery.
• Manage multi-discipline electrical projects in field and office; act as overall construction PM.
• Perform project control: scheduling, cost control, commissioning coordination.
• Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, utilities, and internal customers.
• Resolve design and construction conflicts in high/medium/low voltage systems.
• Drive approvals with city, utility, and regulatory bodies; manage procurement and onboarding of contracts.
