Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead field delivery of high‑voltage substations through data‑center power systems and BESS. You will own schedules, budgets, and contractor performance on large electrical infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with engineers, vendors, utilities, and operations to ensure on‑time energization, safety, and quality, with opportunities to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, hands‑on environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in construction project management, electrical/industrial projects.
• OSHA 30 or equivalent safety credentials.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery of electrical construction projects with on-time, under-budget results.
• Manage field operations, contractor performance, safety, quality, and coordination.
• Perform project controls including scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders.
