Job summary

Shermco Systems Integration is seeking an Electrical Construction Superintendent (ECS) to direct I&C and construction focused scopes. The ECS will drive growth of Shermco’s Systems Integrations services, building strong client relationships and ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in heavy industrial Construction Management.
Journeyman Electrical license required; Master license preferred.
Expert level knowledge of NEC and NFPA‑70.
Read project specifications, P&ID’s, electrical layouts, wiring drawings.
Strong safety focus and ability to lead a team.
Fluent in English; multi-lungal capability a plus.
Able to travel out-of-town with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain safety behaviors.
Prepare construction estimates, timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Independently manage and build construction plan deliverables on smaller projects.
Provide tracking of large construction plans.
Identify plan gaps and develop closure plans.
Ensure completion of milestones on schedule and budget.
Coordinate with PM on project financials including budgeting and forecasting.
Manage resources and subcontractors for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
Define tasks and completion dates; develop viable work plans and cost estimates.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; communicate status to stakeholders.
Support RFP processes in new opportunities.
