Qualifications

• 12+ years in engineering and controls with systems integration
• Experience managing dept. P&Ls over $40M and EBITDA/margin oversight
• Proven leadership of engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems and cybersecurity considerations
• Experience with low voltage power systems in industrial environments

Responsibilities

• Lead department P&L and strategic direction for engineering/controls
• Establish and maintain engineering standards and best practices
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams and succession plans
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, ISA, UL and customer requirements
• Oversee design reviews, risk management, and project execution across multiple projects
• Support business development with technical input and proposals
