Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope and clarifications.
• Collaborate with estimators and operations to gather information for accurate estimates.
• Review subcontractor and supplier bids for competitiveness and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a database of historical cost data for reference in future estimates.
