Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks an Electrical Construction Engineer to support on-site construction efforts, interpreting design documents and ensuring quality on large projects.

You will coordinate with construction managers, foremen, and contractors, providing technical guidance and ensuring the project aligns with scope, schedule, and safety standards. Strong communication and extensive field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Accredited B.S. degree in engineering or global equivalent.
• 12+ years of related experience in construction engineering.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for construction engineering disciplines on large projects.
• Interpret design documents to assist construction managers and field staff.
• Coordinate quality programs and report status to project management.
• Liaise between design engineers and on-site teams to ensure timely information flow.
• Support Fluor University activities and escalate issues when needed.
