Qualifications

• Accredited four-year engineering degree with seven years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and apply standard construction engineering techniques and criteria with engineering judgment.
• Supervise or coordinate engineers, technicians, and other personnel on assignments.
• Coordinate completion of construction activities and prepare punch lists for turnover readiness.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations for solutions to problems with varying complexity.
• Other duties as assigned.
