Job summary

Fluor is seeking an experienced construction engineering professional to support craft and supervision on large projects. The role requires providing technical support to ensure work is built to the scope of work and to assist in maintaining project quality.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree with extensive construction experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with design engineers to ensure timely delivery of documents and information.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent and extensive work experience; at least 12 years, or 16 years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Knowledge of local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support construction efforts by providing technical support to craft and supervision.
• Interpret design documents for project managers, superintendents, and contractors.
• Coordinate and implement the project quality program when the quality function is responsible.
• Establish effective communication between the company and design engineer for timely information flow.
