Job summary

Grand River Dam Authority seeks a CAD/Document Control Specialist at its Grand River Energy Center near Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on document lifecycle management for engineering, construction, and operations, with CAD support for drawings and 3D models.

You will work with engineering, operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure accurate records, controlled design files, and rapid access to current information across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 3D modeling required; CAD/drafting knowledge for plant facilities.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Navisworks and ImageSite.
• Ability to edit complex XREFs and geolocate objects in AutoCAD.
• Experience with SharePoint/Maximo; document control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design or equivalent; 15+ years in power/energy.

Responsibilities

• Administer, organize, and control engineering and project documents lifecycle.
• Provide CAD support: create/revise drawings and as-built records.
• Maintain 3D models for multiple GREC facilities; manage drawings and metadata.
• Support Work Order, compliance, excavation permits, and MO(C) processes.
• Ensure audit trails and change management are tightly integrated.
