Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles and electrical substations, generating facilities, protection and control schemes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• General knowledge of engineering standards/guidelines and drawings, established drafting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Draft plans, elevations and details for structures, installations and other projects.
• Draw maps, diagrams and profiles.
• Produce drawings using CAD systems (CAD).
• Prepare construction drawings utilizing engineering guidelines and standards.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, equipment layouts and panel designs.
