Job summary

DataSoft Technologies is seeking an Electrical Intermediate Designer to support our Tool Installation team. This hybrid Portland-area role will involve CAD drawing of electrical power, life safety, and telecom services for manufacturing tools in semiconductor projects.

You will coordinate with engineers to balance workload, meet tight deadlines, and ensure accurate drawings. Candidates should have AutoCAD experience and a relevant associate degree or higher.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in electrical design and layout requirements (one-line diagrams, riser diagrams, electrical plan view drawings).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, organization and self-performance skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a remote environment.
