The role drives reliability, modernization and safe operation across multiple production areas, overseeing capital projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating contractors, and shaping long‑term electrical and controls strategy while mentoring engineers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical, automation, or control systems engineering.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, MCCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop electrical, controls, and automation engineering staff.
• Oversee electrical distribution, motor control, instrumentation, and automation systems.
• Direct PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and industrial network architecture.
• Approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, ISA, IEEE standards.
• Coordinate contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Support reliability improvements, root‑cause analysis, and change management.
