Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring a Senior Electrical & Automation Engineer in Jonesboro, AR to design, implement, and maintain electrical, automation, MES and digital systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet safety, quality and reliability targets.

You will contribute to training, documentation, maintenance strategies, and capital projects while supporting sustainability and asset management in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience required.
• Preference for Food & Beverage or CPG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems (low, medium and high voltage).
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and standards.
• Instrumentation and Calibration knowledge.
• Strong automation knowledge (HMI, PLC, networks); Rockwell/Wonderware/Aveva preferred.
• Experience in multidisciplinary engineering projects and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication, collaboration, proactive thinking and self-management.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering skills through training and materials development.
• Support process improvements with cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in operation and maintenance and ensure safe, reliable systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
• Contribute to sustainability efforts and track improvements.
• Assist in asset management and capital project execution.
• Support industrialization projects following standards and budgets.
