Nestlé USA is seeking an Electricity & Automation Engineering Manager to lead the E&M team. You will oversee electricity, automation, process control, MES, and the Factory Automation System infrastructure, applications, and resources.

The role reports to the Factory Engineering Manager and aims to improve product quality and plant performance. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in electricity and automation, with a track record of aligning projects to business goals and regulatory

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical preferred).
10+ years of experience in electricity and automation in manufacturing.
Experience supervising technical teams.
Knowledge of instrumentation and process control systems.

Mansioni

Define, propose, and monitor plans and objectives for electrical supply and distribution, automation, process control, and MES
Lead and coordinate the electrical team and maintain competencies, motivation, and performance
Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, government regulatory requirements, and local electrical codes
Develop and implement maintenance and inspection plans for electrical distribution and automation infrastructure
Support E&A-MES capital project proposals, planning, execution, and completion
Develop and implement the MES strategy following Group Engineering standards and Nestlé direction
