Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma / GED required.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Reading: Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Install rigid conduit and wire transformers, panelboards, and related equipment.
• Pull and route conductors and wire/label primary and secondary transformers.
• Mentor junior assemblers in advanced electrical assembly techniques.
• Operate power/hand tools and measurement devices; follow safety and quality standards.
