Job summary

Hennig is seeking an entry-level Electrical Assembler to develop foundational electrical assembly skills in a manufacturing setting. You will install basic electrical components, conduit, boxes, and fixtures while learning drawings, safety standards, and assembly processes under guidance from experienced staff.

Responsibilities include reading BOMs, locating parts, interpreting schematics, installing conduit and fixtures, using tools and measuring devices, and following all safety and quality

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and written assembly instructions.
• Mechanical equipment troubleshooting as per inspection procedures.
• Maintain high-quality output and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks.
• Provide flexible support across production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret BOMs to locate parts.
• Locate parts using established numbering systems and document usage.
• Navigate systems to review 3D models, drawings, and work instructions.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
• Install pre-bent conduit and secure with clamps and straps to standards.
• Follow schematics to ensure proper conduit supports and components.
• Assemble and install electrical boxes, junction boxes, and lighting fixtures.
• Operate power/hand tools and measuring devices used for assembly.
• Use measuring tools and levels for conduit and component installation.
• Demonstrate safe operation of scissor lifts, boom lifts, and ladders.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
