Job summary

Hennig Inc. is seeking an entry-level Electrical Assembler to support developing foundational skills in a manufacturing setting. You will learn to install basic electrical components, conduit systems, boxes, and fixtures while following electrical drawings and safety standards.

You will work under the guidance of experienced assemblers, reading BOMs, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and using power and hand tools to complete precise installations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Willingness to learn electrical assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret BOMs to locate parts and materials.
• Install conduit, boxes, and fixtures per drawings and standards.
• Operate power/hand tools and measuring devices for assembly.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions at all times.
• Learn from experienced assemblers and document procedures.
