Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: One year in a manufacturing environment required.
• Reading: Must read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues within the work center.
• Install and terminate DLO cable and MCM wire connections for alternators and breakers.
• Prepare, install, and secure rigid conduit per project specs and standards.
• Safely pull large-gauge wire for transformers and panelboards.
• Wire, terminate, and label transformers with accuracy.
• Mentor and train Entry Level and Skilled Level Assemblers in advanced techniques.
