Qualifications

• One year of continuous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Greenlee conduit bender.
• Prepare, install, and secure rigid conduit per specs.
• Safely pull large-gauge wire for transformers and panelboards.
• Pull and route conductors per pull lists.
• Wire, terminate, and label transformers with accuracy.
• Install DLO cable and MCM connections for alternators/breakers.
• Operate power/hand tools and measurement devices.
• Mentor Entry/Skilled Level Assemblers in advanced techniques.
• Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
