Job summary

Pixels On Target LLC designs, manufactures, and supports uncooled thermal imaging sights, fire control systems, and electro-optical products for defense and public safety. This on-site role in Sunrise, Florida leads electrical architecture across product lines, guiding complex multilayer PCB programs from concept through qualification and production.

You will mentor a small team of engineers, work closely with mechanical, optical, firmware, and software teams, and own documentation and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven ownership of complex multilayer PCB designs from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical architecture for our products from requirements through production.
• Lead end-to-end design programs: architecture, schematic, layout, signal integrity, bring-up, validation.
• Design sensor and ISP electronics chains for various sensors and video paths.
• Architect power systems for battery-operated and weapon-mounted devices.
• Drive MIL-STD-810H/461 qualification and support test campaigns.
• Mentor 2–4 electrical engineers and set priorities.
