Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman Lineman or Master Electrician Licenses required.
• 5+ years working in utilities or electrical construction.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related education may substitute.
• Lead project teams and supervise employees.
• Familiar with NEC and codes; OSHA 10/30.
• Read civil, structural, and mechanical plans and blueprints.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project scheduling.
• Willingness to travel 30%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent messaging to field operation teams.
• Promote safety culture with EH&S collaboration.
• Oversee schedules, equipment, materials, CLP personnel, and subcontractors.
• Assist with labor schedules and project projections.
• Collaborate with Estimating on bids and staffing.
• Establish and monitor workforce and safety meetings.
• Travel to project sites to monitor progress and collaboration.
• Make decisions on union field personnel as needed.
• Prepare and distribute status reports.
