• Ten years of experience in the electric utility industry.
• Five years of experience in electric transmission.
• Seven years of leadership experience.
• Regular travel throughout the service territory for T300 Supervisors.
• May need to be on-call or work unusual hours in emergency situations.

Responsabilidades

• Operates, maintains and constructs the electric system in a way that meets regulatory requirements.
• Manages large capital and operating expense budgets to ensure work is completed per the Operating Plan and cost targets.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements to reduce operating costs and improve reliability.
• Lead staff through recruitment, training, performance management and recognition.
• Assess complex field situations and make safety-focused decisions in high-pressure scenarios.
• Oversee training and possibly Asset Strategy for the area of Electric Operations.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality expectations with safety compliance.
• Collaborate with unions and external agencies to improve overall results and customer satisfaction.
