Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in mechanical/electrical engineering, physics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands‑on Electric Engine experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Electric Engine teardowns, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DFMEA and DVP&R is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electric Engine diagnostics and analyses during design/development cycles.
• Develop teardown protocols and real-time health monitoring systems.
• Own field failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate daily with Electric Engine design, Motor, Rotor, Geartrain and test teams.
