Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced engineer to design, analyze and test 12V/48V electrical systems. You will develop models for Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) simulations and work with co-simulation using FMUs, DC denotations, and related tools to validate component sizing and performance.

The role requires strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, drive systems and DSP, and hands-on experience with batteries, generators and lighting control systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Controls engineering.
• 5+ years in design, analysis or testing of 12V/48V electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Synopsys Saber, MAST, MATLAB, Simulink and Simscape.
• Experience developing models for SiL simulations.
• Experience with FMUs and co-simulation.
• Hands-on 12V/48V component sizing simulations.
• Strong grounding in circuits, electronics, electromagnetics, drive systems, control systems and DSP.
• Experience modeling generators, batteries, heating/cooling, lighting and electronic controllers.
