Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing industrial electric motors and rotating equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory and motor design.
• Experience with precision tools and machining measurement.
• Ability to lead and coach others in a shop environment.
• Experience with field service projects and equipment installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex repairs and supervise teardown, inspection, and rebuilds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems across AC/DC motors.
• Oversee dynamic balancing of rotors and armatures.
• Conduct vibration analysis and interpret results.
• Operate testing equipment and mentor mechanics and apprentices.
