Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild a wide range of AC/DC motors and electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Execute and oversee dynamic balancing of rotors and armatures.
  • Conduct vibration analysis (Level 1+) and interpret results to drive repairs.
  • Operate and mentor others on specialized testing equipment, including surge and megger testing.
  • Tear-down, inspection, and rebuild processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all work meets EMC's quality and safety standards.
  • Support and occasionally lead field service projects, including equipment removal and installation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase shop efficiency.

What You'll Do
