Job summary

The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in New York City is seeking a Senior eLearning Course Developer/Instructional Designer to advance and innovate the MTDC’s on-demand training program. This full-time hybrid role focuses on high-quality course design, multimedia production, and AI-assisted content creation.

You will lead and support development across 100+ courses, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences that boost member impact and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years of experience developing eLearning courses including microlearning
• Experience designing eLearning materials with subject matter experts
• Proficiency with Storyline 360, RISE and AI-generated content platforms (e.g., HeyGen)

Responsibilities

• Build, redesign, and update SCORM-compliant courses
• Create multimedia, visual design and interactive course solutions
• Produce and edit audio/video for course development
• Collaborate with instructional designers on eLearning vision
• Perform QA testing prior to release
• Collaborate with LMS admin on testing, publishing and launching courses
• Identify learning needs and gaps for on-demand courses
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and training materials
• Ensure copyright compliance for eLearning content
• Maintain organized project documentation and assets
• Provide member and course support as needed
• Participate in cross-functional partnerships and process improvement
