Job summary

The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) in New York, NY is seeking a Senior eLearning Course Developer/Instructional Designer to advance our on-demand training program, currently featuring 100+ courses, certificates, and a certification track. This full-time hybrid role reports to the MTDC and is based at our New York headquarters.

You will design, develop, and update SCORM courses using Storyline 360, Rise, and AI tools like HeyGen, collaborate with SMEs, create multimedia content, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5–7 years of experience developing eLearning courses (including microlearning).
• Experience with Storyline 360, Rise, and platforms that provide AI-generated content and course videos (e.g., HeyGen).
• Designing eLearning materials with subject matter experts and adhering to adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to give actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build, redesign, and update SCORM-compliant courses using Storyline 360, Rise, and AI tools.
• Create multimedia, visual/graphic design, and interactive course solutions; assist with audio/video production.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Perform QA and testing of courses before release; support LMS testing, publishing, and launches.
