Job summary

Endgame Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for Elastic Government Solutions, stationed in Orlando or Tampa, FL. The role requires security clearance and hands-on experience with Elasticsearch in mission-critical environments, with 4–5 days onsite and remaining time remote.

You will architect and deliver Elastic solutions, guide capacity planning, and mentor teams while partnering with federal clients to meet stringent security and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Federal security clearance (Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly).
• Onsite in Tampa or Orlando; 4–5 days per week onsite.
• 3+ years as a consultant or technical instructor in client-facing engagements.
• 5+ years as Systems Engineer/Administrator, Network Engineer/Administrator, Cloud Engineer/Administrator, or similar.
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch or similar distributed data technologies.
• Strong Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB or similar NoSQL technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee Elastic consulting engagements (remote and on-site).
• Architect, implement, configure Elastic solutions focusing on platform architecture and capacity planning.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Develop demos and proofs-of-concept to showcase Elastic Stack value.
• Perform data modeling, query development, and cluster tuning for high performance.
• Mentor and coach consultants and participate in technical interviews.
