Endgame Systems, LLC seeks a Senior Technical Consultant for Elastic Government Solutions. You will guide strategy, architecture, and capacity planning in mission-critical environments, delivering Elastic solutions and serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Ideal candidates are technically adept, client-facing, and capable of mentoring others. The role supports remote work with 30–40% travel and requires DHS EOD readiness; DoD 8570 IAT II or equivalent is preferred and must be obtained if not

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting or technical instruction in client-facing engagements.
• 5+ years as Systems Engineer/Administrator, Network Engineer/Administrator, Cloud Engineer/Administrator, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and oversee Elastic consulting engagements (remote and on-site).
• Architect and configure Elastic solutions focusing on platform architecture and capacity planning.
• Develop and present demos and proofs-of-concept showing Elastic Stack value.
• Mentor and coach consultants through enablement programs and training.
• Review and approve technical consulting reports with outcomes and recommendations.
