Job summary

Endgame Systems, LLC, a subsidiary of Elastic, seeks a Consulting Architect to deliver Elastic solutions to government clients. You will guide strategy, architecture design, and capacity planning in mission-critical environments, working closely with customers to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI with FS Poly clearance, 5+ years of client-facing consulting, and hands-on Elastic experience.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Federal security clearance (Top Secret/SCI with FS Poly)
• Minimum of 5 years as a consultant or technical instructor in client-facing engagements
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch or similar distributed data technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby
• Experience with databases including SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, MongoDB or similar NoSQL
• Ability to design, implement and optimize Elastic solutions
• Willingness to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD with remote time

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee Elastic consulting engagements (remote and on-site)
• Architect, implement, configure Elastic solutions focusing on platform architecture and capacity planning
• Build strong customer relationships and act as trusted technical advisor
• Develop and present demos and proof-of-concepts showing Elastic value
• Conduct data modeling, query development, and cluster tuning for high performance
• Collaborate with consultants to solve complex technical challenges
• Review technical consulting reports and articulate outcomes
• Mentor consultants through enablement programs and training
• Participate in technical interviews for onboarding new consultants
• Work in a distributed team with periodic on-site engagements
