Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an experienced EI&C Engineer to lead instrumentation, electrical, and control design for water treatment facilities. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop control philosophies, and ensure safety and compliance in all deliverables.

The role requires strong experience with PLC/HMI programming, control documentation, and process knowledge, plus collaboration with production facilities and customer-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with complex industrial control system design.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and comment on engineering documents and specs.
• Perform instrumentation design calculations for water treatment facilities.
• Design electrical, I/O, and network architectures for plant systems.
• Develop control philosophy and logic sequences for projects.
• Perform FATs, CVTs and checkouts as required.
• Engage in automation deliverables including tests and network design.
• Manage budget, scope, schedule and report risks.
