Zusammenfassung

Sargent & Lundy seeks an experienced leader to manage and guide engineering teams through EHV transmission line projects for electric utilities, COOPs, and developers. You will provide expert support on 500kV and 765kV designs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in utility transmission, 5+ years in high-voltage line design, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Qualifikationen

• ABET-accredited engineering degree (or management/business degree) required.
• 10+ years of project management in utility transmission projects.
• 5+ years in 500kV and/or 765kV transmission line design.
• Knowledge of standards including NESC, IEC, ASCE, ACI, IEEE and ANSI.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Aufgaben

• Act as subject matter specialist for EHV transmission line designs (500kV+).
• Lead and supervise engineering project teams; mentor staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet specs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure design compliance.
• Perform independent design reviews and prepare project reports.
• Provide solutions to improve results.
