Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated in Belcamp, MD is seeking an Environmental, Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability Manager to lead site programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will develop EHSS& S programs, drive a proactive safety culture, manage audits and regulatory interactions, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and site leadership to achieve sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EHSS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Experience leading EHSS leadership and/or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of regulations, standards, and management systems in EHSS.
• Experience managing environmental permits, audits and regulatory agency interactions.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve site EHSS&S programs to meet federal, state, local, and company requirements.
• Promote a strong interdependent safety culture through engagement and leadership involvement.
• Manage environmental permits, emissions, and regulatory reporting with sustainability metrics.
• Lead EHSS&S initiatives aligning with operations and business objectives.
• Conduct audits and incident investigations, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
