Job summary

Ingredion Incorporated seeks an Environmental, Health, Safety, Security & Sustainability Manager for the Belcamp facility. The role leads site EHSS programs, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

The candidate will drive audits, safety culture, and stakeholder engagement across operations, engineering, quality, and HR to meet performance goals and maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Management, or related field; or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Experience in EHSS leadership and/or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of EHSS regulations, standards, and management systems.
• Experience managing environmental permits, compliance reporting, audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
• Experience leading incident investigations and corrective action processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve site EHSS programs to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture through engagement and leadership involvement.
• Manage environmental permits, emissions, effluent, monitoring, and sustainability metrics.
• Lead EHSS initiatives that support operational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments with timely corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
