Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Sr.

Manager, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security to own the Domestic Operations Safety Program across pellet mills and distribution centers. You will standardize safety practices, strengthen environmental compliance, and partner with site and enterprise leaders to build a consistent safety culture. The role leads two Plant EHSS and Operational Risk Managers and collaborates with distribution centers to ensure safety, regulatory alignment, and resilient 24/7

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health and safety, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Progressive experience leading safety, environmental compliance, or operational risk programs in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and environmental regulations related to manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Experience leading investigations, audits, corrective-action processes, safety training, and performance reporting.
• Ability to influence leaders, coach site teams, and drive standards across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Domestic Operations Safety Program across pellet mills and distribution centers.
• Standardize safety, environmental compliance, operational risk, emergency response, security, and business continuity practices.
• Provide leadership and coaching to site EHSS and risk leaders and to plant and distribution center leadership teams.
• Coordinate with operations and enterprise leaders to integrate safety into daily operations and planning.
• Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations, regulatory interactions, and corrective-action processes.
