Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a senior change management and communications professional for a major Southern California electric utility. The role is a 12-month W2 contract in Rosemead, CA with a hybrid schedule (onsite Wednesday and Thursday).

You will build and drive change plans, promote a Continuous Improvement culture, and craft executive-level messaging. The position emphasizes hands-on change leadership, collaboration across functions, and support for enterprise-wide transformation

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant change management experience.
• Hands-on OCM experience driving strategic initiatives.
• Background in continuous improvement or culture change.
• Experience in management consulting or program management is a plus.
• Experience supporting represented or union workforces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management for EHSQ transformation initiatives: build and carry out change plans, drive adoption of new processes and programs.
• Support rollout of enterprise-wide CI program by promoting a CI culture and driving engagement.
• Partner with environmental teams on process improvements and risk-reduction initiatives and communicate plans.
• Write and deliver communications, including executive messaging for the EHSQ VP and organizational updates.
• Support design and rollout of Integrated Management Systems to simplify processes and reduce risk.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Operations and improve strategic planning.
• Manage the environmental culture strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio.
• Track progress, coordinate stakeholders and deliverables, and keep execution moving.
