Job summary

The role involves partnering with project teams to design and implement change strategies, communications, and training across large programs. This position requires strong collaboration with executives and staff, ability to manage multiple streams, assess impact, and deliver measurable benefits through structured change management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple large change programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute change strategies and documentation for a portfolio of changes.
• Design change management plans and communications for implementation.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder interviews.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to integrate milestones.
• Report progress, risks, and interdependencies across projects.
• Identify training needs and assist in training development.
• Communicate with employees across functions and levels.
• Provide additional change support as needed.
