Job summary

Reliance, Inc. is seeking a highly influential Corporate EHS Communications and Training Leader to drive the development and delivery of targeted EHS training and communications across the enterprise.

You will partner with Group EHS and Fleet Safety leaders to advance knowledge, implement a structured training system, and onboard new EHS professionals, with up to 50% travel.

This role aims to reduce incidents by strengthening culture and compliance through education and standardized tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications/marketing/EHS or related field.
• Experience in corporate EHS communications and training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of targeted EHS training and communications.
• Partner with Group EHS and Fleet Safety leadership to drive knowledge and culture.
• Create training tools, curricula, and onboarding systems for EHS professionals.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR to align EHS and health initiatives.
• Manage training programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent Reliance in external EHS meetings and industry interactions.
