Job summary

The Reliance seeks a high-visibility leader on its Corporate EHS Leadership Team to shape communications and training strategies across EHS and Fleet Safety. You will drive knowledge, culture, and performance by developing a structured training management system, tools, and curricula for EHS professionals.

Collaborating with Corporate Communications, HR, and Group EHSF, you will ensure alignment with policies and standards, while supervising the Train-the-Trainer program and annual training

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in EHS, communications, marketing or related field.
• Experience leading training programs and developing curricula.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of targeted communications and training strategies for EHS and Fleet topics.
• Create enterprise EHS training tools and curricula; facilitate delivery and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Manage training compliance, assess effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across Reliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR to integrate EHS philosophies and health concepts into the organization.
• Serve as corporate leader for EHS communications and training with Group EHSF leaders.
