Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Integrated Management System, partnering with EHS/OHS and Energy teams to meet ISO standards (EMS, OHSMS, EnMS) and corporate SOPs. This role reports to the Site Management Team and drives performance against KPI and Management Review requirements.

The position includes auditing, data gathering, and ongoing improvement of environmental, safety, and energy management programs, with involvement in regional/global EHS/OHS initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 8 years in an ISO, Security, and/or EHS-related position with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Certification in Lead Auditor Training in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and maintenance of the Integrated Management System.
• Collaborate with Site EHS/OHS and Energy teams to ensure ISO standards compliance.
• Conduct local audits, develop audit plans, and participate as auditor or auditee in internal and external audits.
• Define goals/objectives/targets and KPI tracking; drive continual improvement.
